We can repair most Red Ring of Death (RROD) and Sound but no picture problems. Both of these faults are related to the GPU. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the fault, we cannot guarantee these repairs.
If your machine is less than 3 years old and un-tampered with, then it is recommended that you return your machine to Microsoft under their 3 year RROD warranty. During the first 3 years of your console’s life, Microsoft will repair the machine an indefinite number of times for the RROD fault.
